Conveniently located in New London, PE, we are located 7 minutes from Cavendish, meters away from the New London Seafood Restaurant and the birthplace of Lucy Maud Montgomery. This home away from home includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, BBQ, satellite tv, washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub and more!
Our cottage rents on a weekly basis with a Saturday to Saturday stay. We look forward to you being our guests!

A 20% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE RESERVATION. THE BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE. THE DEPOSIT (less this site's administration fee) IS REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVATION, THEREAFTER REFUNDABLE IF THE CANCELED WEEK CAN BE FILLED.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.
