Red Sands Shore PEI

With rugged cliffs above the warm waters that lap the sandy shores, and abundant green farms on rolling hills, the first thing that strikes you is just how much apt the area's name is.
Red abounds in this section of Prince Edward Island & can be seen from the red beaches & cliffs, to the winding clay roads that traverse through the countryside. Red Sands Shore lies along the south central coast of PEI and for most visitors it is the first section of the island they visit after crossing over the Confederation Bridge – one of the longest free-standing bridges in the world.
